I just got a job at Walmart unloading trucks. I still have to do the computer-based training, but I've heard that unloading trucks is really physically strenuous. Oh well, I need to start working out anyway.

its not so bad, just get into a good rhythm and you can let your mind wander. also look at the clock is little as possible, just always be doing something. long shifts suck but once your done them the hours behind you seem like nothing. also try and be nice and make friends this was the biggest mistake i made when i started working.

Their work isn't even that hard, it's just copy-pasting shit from one Excel file to another and making sure they save the files in the right folder. A couple of them caught on pretty quick but most were awful. I don't expect perfection but it really shouldn't take that long to figure out how to highlight shit in Excel and how to replace text using Ctrl + F. Fuck the temp agency my employer contracts with if this is who they are giving us. On the whole I really like my employer but their corner-cutting Judaism is a pain in the ass at times.
