The creaminess of the risotto comes from starch bleeding out of the rice and mixing with stock. Risotto's should not be dry or gluey.

*Specifically look at the Arborio rice section of the article. Notice how it's described.
Yep that's right, risotto makes it's own natural sauce while it cooks. Saucey is the perfect definition.

I still love the look on the hunters with compounds when i take a buck down with a recurve bow.
