OP most of /r9k/ are /pol/tards LARPing at having fucked up lives, take the SSRIs so they treat you seriously and when the SSRIs don't work wait until you can get put on a big boy drug like Lithium (for treatment resistant depression). It's good drug, can confirm.

They helped me. I was at rock bottom in my 30's with real depression and not meme depression.

I did other shit with them, like exercise alone was useless, but exercise+SSRIs did wonders for my depression.
