I don't know what kind of cultural explanation you can make for this, but it seems to ring true in a lot of places. You turn on the news and hear somebody went insane and committed a massacre. What race are they? Probably white or Asian.

Black people seem to be aware of this too. It's the center of a lot of those black twitter jokes that were really popular a while ago.

You'd think that because on average black people have fewer intact families that they'd have more mental issues. I dunno. Maybe coming from too sheltered an upbringing as often happens in white or Asian families can fuck you up in different ways.

Look into MBTI if you're interested in this topic. Generally INxx personalities are far more likely to experience mental illness than the rest due to how their brains process and interact with the world. IQ alone says little about cognitive power in any meaningful sense and this is where MBTI is so good at filling in the rest, explaining how there can be people with 130 IQ that are completely vapid and much more. All proper intellectuals have high IQ but not everyone with high IQ are intellectuals, basically.

Creative and intellectual people are disproportionately likely to suffer from mental illness compared to the rest of the population. That poor and stupid people get depressed too is irrelevant. The human condition is a nightmare and people with inquisitive minds will notice this in ways the normalfags cannot. Add the social struggles that come with a different functioning brain and you have a recipe for mental illness. Not to mention that on a basic level the mutations that produce genius tier intellectuals are related to a clusterfuck of disorders. Intelligence comes at a price, evolution is not perfect. Hence why whites have dominated the entire world in every way yet also suffer from mental disorders far more often than other races.

Actually asian people have some of the highest rates of mental illness but there's a huge stigma that medication is just for weak minded white people and that they should just deal with it by themselves.
