I have lost 18kg so far, and here are my recommendations.
Exercise, Do it everyday and establish a routine which you do don't break, if you do you will have a hard time getting back to it.
Diet is important, and try keeping to it, but it is impossible to keep it up forever so have a day or two where you eat somewhat normally, if you just binge eat all day then you will gain it all back anyway.
Certain weight loss pills works, but their side effects often outweigh the benefit of weight loss
Try lose as much weight as possible as quickly as possible, then buy new cloths,I recommend this because once you become burnt out which you inevitably will, that way as soon as you gain weight you can tell, and if you do you can't fit into your cloths, That way no matter how much you hate exercise and diet you will have to force yourself to do it like a chore.

My highest weight was almost 260lbs two years ago. It has taken me all that time just to get down to 206.4. I've been at this weight for like a week, it's coming off slower now that I'm not as fat. It was really hard at first but I've been cooking better for myself, keeping track of calories, and leaving most food unfinished. My appetite has also decreased, I think my stomach shrank because I don't binge eat as often anymore. I rarely "fuck up", maybe once or twice a week. I still have a lot of weight to go but I know I can lose it all and get to a healthy weight. It's hard, I've been fat my entire life, but I see the light on the horizon
130kg atm i am 183 cm i have basically stopped losing atm. and stopped gaining weight. I am doing calorie counting and keto. as well as lifting and running about 15 km per week.
