You need to practice socialisation.
I didn't realise the important of it, back then I assumed that cause I was ugly and boring that there wouldn't be any use in me socialising but I have personally witnessed the effect that not socialising has had on me and I regret it so much.
Yeah you'll always be boring but there's a difference between being boring and being able to function within society.
