Is the gundam series worth watching? How's the story?

Gundam is the fuckin bees knees. Watch IBO for sure and check out 8th ms team too.

It's great. Victory and to a lesser extent ZZ are for robots. Start from the beginning though.

It gets repetitive ans there are a few shittier entries in the series, but watching 0079, Zeta and CCA is a must if you enjoy any kind of weebshit. Also be prepared for characters dying, Tomino likes his wild rides.

Currently watching the first series and it's great. Much better than I expected.

in terms of fight scenes there are series with fight scenes leagues ahead of Gundam 00 even older anime like 8th MS team has better ones
