My dream is to win the lottery and drop out of society. I would have 2 residences:
1. Comfy apartment in a big, rainy city - seattle like OPs dream would work well. Neighbors above and below would be silent and not bother me. I would hire a service to clean the bathroom and do dishes and laundry once or twice a week. This would be an extravagance, but since I would have won the lottery in this scenario I would be able to afford it.
2. Second residence would be an isolated cabin. Requirements would need it to be tight and insulated, with a wood-burning stove and an extensive library. Back porch would face a lake, and there would be no bugs.

Both residences would have a large modular synthesizer. The apartment would have a complete music recording studio as well, where the cabin would be for experimenting and jamming. the apartment would also have a well set up tv and computer for games and movies. Both would never be broken into, and I would have a fast car to drive in between the two.

In this dream I would also have friends and a creative, smart girlfriend who's diverse skills and background would enrich the time I spent with them, but they would also disappear in an instant the moment I wished them to.

Unrealistic, but my idea of the perfect life.
