I can't smell a thing. I don't feel bad for the people around me.

The healthiest option is to generally go every other day. Too often can easily dry out the skin, too rarely will open you up to various diseases as well as making you smell like human waste.

Of course you can shower more or less often depending on what you do or who you are. In the end it's up to you.
