I was planning on serving them with some kinda sauce but I'm not sure yet, and the mashed potatoes on the side. Gotta tell you anons, that fish was heaven in my mouth. I made a sauce with chanterelles, garlic, honey and butter and put it over the baked fish. Glorious, I'm almost sheding a tear. Presentation was lacking however so no pictures this time.
