They always drag in a rat-tail of more 'friends' and I hate groups.

I never quite got the hang of conversation as a kid so I didn't form any social contacts. I was shy, didn't talk much in person, was small, etc. Up through middle school some people couldn't tell if I was a boy or girl so I was marked as a freak early on. Due to my looks and personality, I was bullied, which made my anxiety worse and I became even more withdrawn. Even as a kid I understood my problem, but I just froze up no matter what. The simplest questions like "How are you doing today?" from someone was enough to cause me to stutter a "I am fine" response like a minute too late. After I graduated, I never saw those people again. Now I just am by myself in my parents' house.

My interests are too niche to even find friends like me.

Too patrician for friends. Venal, godless folk who don't care for love, merely status engorged mongoloids. But I am open to all who have heart, for I am kindhearted. Give me your friendship, and I shall give you mine. Truly a gentleman's agreement.

Honestly if you somehow manage to date a girl, you already meet her friends and now she wants to meet yours, what are you supposed do do if you don't have any.

If you say I have non, she would leave.
