Way more healthy than I should be. I'm overweight, but I have zero health problems and go to the doctor like once every two years

Been a 10 all my life but now I have a tumor and it already started spreading to the reste of my body. Thus I'd say 2 for now.

Mentally - 2/10 real bad. Been depressed for 4 years now. Constant weed use, lsd, and now antidepressants. Mind is very foggy all the time. Sleep 12 hours/day and work night shift so I haven't seen the sun in a month.

Physically - 8/10 been lifting for a few months and gotten much leaner. Bench 205 now feelsgoodman. Still never had a gf though because I'm a damn maniac

4/10 probably; was diagnosed with trichotillomania since 1st grade but it's gotten better, skin isn't very good, have a normal bmi but I'm still fatter than I want to be, and I have a lipoma on my arm that I still need to get removed

I shower/brush daily but I am really lazy with food, I just cook a huge portion and freeze for the week and such. usually some boring shit like rice with minced meat or pasta and cereal/porridge. dont really excuse as I dont eat much really skinny. get slightly tipsy every night with alcohol. just enough to make me feel happy.
