so, I shat bloody diarrhea for a week on three separate occasions last year from this ice cream i ate, and ever since, I have lots of bloating, farting ALL day, sometimes oily pale stools, don't shit for like 3+ days at a time, shitting almost always rips my anus and the shit gets bright bloody spots on it from the tear in my anus and it fucking hurts

What is wrong with me? My bowels are just this big fucking annoyance ever since.
