Why does it matter if you're hungry as long as you have eaten more calories than you need to function? The reason why world hunger is an issue isn't because hunger is uncomfortable, it's because there are people who literally don't eat enough to even support basic bodily functions. Hell, if you want to eat more, just work out a lot. If you don't want to work out, eat less and deal with the uncomfortable nature of hunger. Once you've done it long enough, your stomach will shrink and you can eat less (but more calorie dense) foods and not be hungry.

I'm serious about your stomach shrinking, too. That hunger will fade eventually. When you constantly overeat, you physically stretch your stomach to become larger and larger, even when its empty. If you stop stretching it, it will eventually start shrinking back to a normal size. When it's normal sized, you will likely still have food cravings, but the physical hunger won't be nearly as intense and that'll make the weight-loss process much easier.

That sounds promising indeed. My biggest problem is my stomach, so having that decrease would be great indeed. I currently have eaten 1878 calories, so if I can just convince myself not to eat anything else today regardless of how hungry I get, I hopefully will start shrinking.

Really, the worst thing I have realized about calories is when you make sandwiches. When you are making "just a simple sandwich" and throw together concoctions with a lot of condiments, it starts adding up a lot. You never think just adding ketchup, mustard, peanut butter, butter, and other various seasonings will make it that bad. Combine that with the fact that I get absolutely desperate for food at certain times, those calories jump up fast.
