There's a fellow gay guy at work, Robots, whom I think is really attractive. But the thing is, he's the very definition of a successful Chad (unlike me), and we don't really interact.
Should I ask him out anyways, Robots? I don't actually think I have a chance in Hell, but I still want to do it just so I can say I did it instead of being a typical Robot-beta. Please tell me what to do.

As is mine, infact aside from 4chan it's my only form, use it to meet people while you're forced into the public eye, dating co workers only leads to awkwardness and breakdown of the workplace environment. And what about if he rejects you anyways, could you work there the same as before or would you be fucked up about it and let it affect your job and finances until you're more miserable than before.
Keep business and pleasure seperate.

Sure, why not? He's not my boss, and while he's in a higher position than me, he doesn't oversee me in any way. Furthermore, I'm still friends with a guy from University that I confessed to and who rejected me.
