1. Calculate TDEE using TDEE calculator online
2. Eat 300-500 calories less than that to lose weight at a steady, healthy pace.
3. Consume enough protein and consider doing some light weightlifting to improve your form. Even wanting to look as a woman, it will help maintain form and accentuate universally desirable musculature. Who doesn't like an ass?
Walking is a joke. 'Fast walk' on a treadmill at least, or better, jog or run (even intermittently). You can kick out 200 calories in just 25 minutes that way if done properly, with minimal effort.
