I've had a dream where I was a seagull flying over the ocean with my flock. It was truly one of the best feelings I've ever had. I've had multiple dreams where I could fly but I always lost the ability to fly mid dream.

I've had no more than five flying dreams in my whole life. It's always just been indoors. Still one of the best kind of dreams I've ever had. It's so awesome, there's no good way to convey just how liberating and empowering that superpower is.

My most frequent dreams are chaotic misfortunes with natural disasters and flying ones. I usually fly by flapping but sometimes it's noclipish. Sadly I don't dream much after figuring out that the reason I slipped into sleep paralysis was sleeping in my back and the stabbing sensation in the chest was too pronounced to let me sleep.

I know for sure that disturbing your sleep and resuming increases likeihood of dreaming so you can try that if you're starved on them.
