Lots of reading and lots of practice. Philosophy is the most important subject to be well-read on as it teaches you a plethora of ways in which you can expose a weak argument. You don't have to disprove their claims; just cast enough doubt on the processes used to come to the conclusion.

Also: most people aren't willing to be too harsh on the people they are debating. They're just normal people after all. You have to be ruthless though. You have to change the subject of the discussion seamlessly and if they try to call you out on it you simply claim that to understand the root of the argument they must consider whatever bullshit you're about to serve them.

Read up on logical fallacies and use them to your advantage. Remember: you don't have to actually convince whoever you're discussing with that you're right and they're wrong. You just have to get the crowd on your side and the weight of possible public ridicule will make them doubt themselves to the point where they become unsure of their own stance. I know it all sounds autistic as fuck but it really works. I suspect you have to be a certain kind of person to apply all of this effectivly as you can't have those same social pressures affect you to the same degree.

I show mild emotions but It's mostly a disguise to be accepted and not looked at as a weirdo. I'm getting good at it but in highschool I was awfully cringy.
I sometimes thought I was a sociopath for faking my emotions, but I knew I had empathy and even though I am manipulative, I only use it to make sure people are comfortable with me (that's the Fe I guess).

Well I've always been clumsy, and never did good in PE class. But I have practiced differents martial art since my parents made me attend karate class in my childhood. I got pretty hooked up since I'm still practicing today, it really helped me take more control on my body. So no I don't do that bad in sports.

I can kinda relate.
I use mine to create stories, a shitload. Sometimes it's just creating alternate timelines in my everyday life ( "what could be" "what would happen if"), but I also tend to fantasize originals characters and worlds to make the stories way more interesting...

Same fucking thing. Like, my father played soccer when he was young, and he always hoped me to be good in that. Instead, i've never been. If I have myself it usually is just something nostalgic like an alternate future or past (in reality). As for fantasy/scifi shit it is usually some generic hero, think 80s bullshit, or retro/synthwave music feel. For everyday daydreaming the feeling of nostalgia or whatever it is kinda takes priority over specific little details. I kinda just float around from one idea to the next unless I pin it down with something like writing.

I pretty much live there. I cannot exist outside of my own mind, I cannot escape. Even when I'm talking with someone face-to-face I'm still spacing out during speech pauses. Needless to say conversations don't tend to last very long.
