Female sexuality / arousal is completely different from male's. Women need to be in the right mood for sexual arousal to happen. Seeing a man naked out of the blue, for a woman, is too sudden and therefore repulsive. For a comparison, think of someone grabbing your dick at the worst moment possible (right after orgasm for instance). Even if the person making a go for your dick is extremely attractive, you're not gonna be up for it. It's the best comparison I can come up with. Female sexuality is more mood-reliant and much less based on physiological reactions.
