Where do you summer /r9k/? Marhta's Vinyard? Colorado?

I usually travel abroad in summer.

I just got home from Ecuador and am going to Mexico in less than a month, followed by Tanzania in July, Ethiopia and Egypt in September, and then India through early January.

Last summer I did Costa Rica, Nicaragua, and India, and the year before I just did Colombia.

I'm graduating late because I've worked part- or full-time since I started university. I save money to do things that I want to do, rather than blowing each paycheck on booze, electronics, or clothing.

I've been to Iceland, the UK, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Slovenia, Italy, and all across the Balkans.

I prefer Latin America and South Asia to Western Europe.

While the latter is better-preserved and more exquisite in terms of nature and historical artifacts, I always have far more fun in developing countries. My money goes further, the people are nicer, and the lifestyle is comparably laid back.

I found Western Europe very dull in regards to people.
