Get a decent haircut and you'll be okay, at least for the time being. Once you start getting noticeably bald, just shave it off completely. You can also get "hair" tattooed like pic related

Cut it short, it won't look as bad short. The longer your hair is with a fucked up hairline the worse it looks especially when you slick it back like that. You'll be surprised how normal it looks if you buzz it.
