I don't get why wagies get so defensive and envious at the OP of these threads. It's not like anything is keeping you from having the same luxuries that NEETs boast of. All you'd need to do is just, well, stop.

this is impossible for me. my best bet at a neet life here in the US is leeching off parents and that is a complete nightmare to live with them. I too remember being 24, living at home, waking up whenever I wanted, ate tendies and drank beer while playing Runescape in my boxers then going for a nice springtime stroll at the park to feed the ducks. It was comfy about 20% of the time. the rest was hell and I truely thought about suicide everday because I was utterly alone, without direction and miserable. I was fresh out of the military and wanted to do nothing but relax. this is a mistake. If you arent able to save up a bunch of money, and at least have an ok income and your own place, you are setting yourself up for a huge disaster in the future. One way or the other, the leeching/neetbux are going to dry up and youll look around and have nothing but petty bullshit to show for it, be alone and miserable while suicide looms. If youre able to do something, anything with your life, just do it. wage slaving is miserable too but there is a way to get away from it.
