This place usually helps remedy my sadness. It's my family and real people encounters that put me in the state in the first place. No amount of depression/shitposting anons can put me down but when my own family criticizes my social life despite legitimately trying I just want to die. As I type, I broke out of the utter sadness and am slowly getting out of my malaise phase. I'll probably be better after shitposting for at least a day or two with some proper sleep.

The best way to take your mind off your problems is to hear others', and there's plenty to hear here.
