I feel like I am justified in my actions.
Firstly let me say that right now I am pretty poor as are the people who I share a house with. Good food is a luxary.

>Already a contain in the microwave, the food inside is covered by the container so it cannot get any insects on it or whatever
>Come downstairs an hour or so later to find my food is missing
>Apprently the food which was covered by it's container was actually my brothers and my mother threw that container away
>In anger he threw my food away also
>I walked up to him and slapped him in the face
>The slap was not a very hard
>He jumps up and tries to attack me
>Throws some "punches" at me
>I don't really react to it but before I know it my mothers partner is also in my face pushing me
This really fucking annoys me

Anyways we argued a bit and now everyone in the house is against me. However I feel like I was justified. My brothered deserved a slap for what he did. Am I wrong?

I don't think I explained it right but basically I moved my brothers food from the microwave and put my food in the microwave. I did this because my fod was on ap late and completely exposed while his was housed inside a container which was sealed. My mother threw his food away and in anger he threw mine away.

Honestly it sounds like your Mom's at fault for throwing out food for no reason. That said, I still have to ask, why not store it in the fridge? Also, if your food didn't have a lid then why didn't you just use tin foil or saran wrap?
