I'm pretty sure the best way to prevent myself from killing others is becoming emotionally mature.
Practically all robots are retarded emotionally, and we let everyday shit in life to affect us so learning to live with those things basically helps to keep your anger in check.
It's harder than it seems though.

I'd play it safe and just kill 1 person, someone who hasn't really lived yet like a child or a baby.
