Unless you're not getting REM sleep, you are, in fact, having dreams, anon. You just can't remember them because you're waking up in between sleep cycles, which is healthy and preferable. If you wake up feeling well-rested or at least not dead tired, that's a good indication of what stage you woke up in.

I used to have nightmares about gremlins and demons when i was younger, now if i have a nightmare its always about a snake or lion etc attacking me, what does it mean?
