All the time, as a kid I would sneak little bites of ground beef while mom was cooking. Not really raw but people act like it's ridiculous to enjoy rare beefsteak or medium rare pork loin and chicken breast. Maybe I'm playing with fire but they wouldn't be selling it if they were heavily infected. I think refrigeration is a meme though so my immune system is stronger than most's. I will cook something and leave it on the stove. It's not until about the 60hr mark that it takes on a different taste. I've seen pussies throw bread out because of a little mold. They would be horrified if the saw me scooping mold off the top of my fermented vegetables. Microbes are like spiders. Kind of creepy if you're a bitch, but the overwhelming majority are harmless.
