But they aren't the type to farm. Africans never did. They are just supposed to not breed so often, but we probably fucked that up saving them with modern medicine too often. There's not enough food to just hunt and gather anymore. Back hundreds of years ago there'd be a big pile of meat for them all to eat. If not then maybe starving is natural for them even back then, and it's not our job to save them. We came from there and used to starve too, but we left and slowly evolved, all the other breeds of human.
