I have the same problem only with east and west despite being into geography. I can point to almost any country quicker than I can tell whether it's in the east or west. I have to take a second to remember that California is in the west.

I learned my east and west by knowing where the highway that runs through my city is. It goes north and south so I just think of where on what side the highway I'm on and I get a general idea. Then I just remembered what side the sun rises/falls and that helps too unless it's like midday or its cloudy.

i don't think i ever wet the bed, maybe when i was very young but if so i can't remember it. something i have done a few times though is sleep walk to my washing basket on the other side of the room and started pissing into it. it takes me about 10-15 seconds to realise what i'm actually doing but by that point all my clothes are soaked in piss. i also have recurring dreams where i piss into the printer in the lounge and i have to take the printer apart and clean it. usually wake up bursting for a piss
