monday to friday i basically just roll out of bed and stand under the water for 10 mins to wake myself up, very rarely use any kind of soap or shampoo. I always make sure to rinse my arm pits, ass crack, under my foreskin and behind my ears

on the weekends I usually luxuriate a bit more, i'll put some music on, sometimes even bring a beer in there, wash my hair, exfoliate all over with fancy soap and a loofah

I manage to avoid using water to keep myself clean, or to wash things I wear. The small amount I need to drink to live, I get from an old lab grade purification system. I do this every single day.

I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower, I use a water activated gel cleanser. Then a honey almond body scrub. And on the face, an exfoliating gel scrub. Then apply an herb mint facial mask, which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
