I firmly believe those who truly suffer from anxiety would never say so due to anxiety of letting others know they are essentially defective.
I can't even respond to store workers when they say generic hellos when I enter the building, can't look people in the eye even my own family, and lots of other shit. yet my piece of shit friend who makes a scene everywhere he goes, either by blaring Fuck the Police infront of cops, screaming at his mom whenever she asks him to do simple shit while in public, and generally being a dick all the time for no reason to random workers at places claims to suffer from anxiety

People think something like being nervous to speak in front of a group of strangers is an anxiety disorder.

Anxiety clearly exists and can exist for women, it's a function of the brain.

That said, I do know a girl who is constantly anxious and with 'lul arent I such a retard and life is soooo hard' who has hooked up with countless guys, cheated on her boyfriend, and been in a threesome. The thing is, to women, sexual frustration isn't part of that anxiety. They can be anxious, just for other things.

It's the whole starving kid in africa thing. Just because men are starving out here doesn't invalidate their struggles, whatever they may be. It's just that we struggle more.

Am I letting my hatred of women affect my judgement or are all those basic white bitches plastered with makeup really unattractive? Anxiety is like a fear of heights. It's completely normal and you can get over it if you put the effort in.

If you make big deal out of it and keep avoiding it/backing out you'll develop a complex over it and become progressively worse. Eventually it will be too late.
