It's called "ddakji"

They aren't made from origami paper, it's too thin for it.

The stores that sell it have special cardboard that has designs and a special cut on them and you make ddakji with them.

It's pogs but without slammers, you use the ddakji itself and slam it against other ddakji on the ground and try to flip it.

If you flip it you win.

The best ones I remember having were these king of fighters ddakji.
