It isn't though. Some alcoholic drinks provide minerals/antioxidants you might be lacking, but there is no anatomical need for alcohol itself. It isn't healthy for you at all.

You sound like a fucking idiot. You've read click-bait articles and don't understand the science behind them, even though it's simplistic as fuck. Normally I wouldn't even bother calling you out but it's weird to see someone so lacking in self awareness that they actually repeat the same click-bait title they read. Even the stupidest of people out there, the Candy Crush playing soccer moms and literal retards, have begun to realize not everything they read on the internet is as simple as a title implies, or even true at all.

I really hope you grow up. You can't go through life believing you fucking need alcohol in your diet. You can't be that stupid forever, it's dangerous.

Alcohol is good for one thing: clinical sanitation. That's it. There's nothing else it does that other products don't do more efficiently.

This is neither here nor there. There is no direct health benefit to drinking at all. It's like saying you can drink a light beer if you're thirsty. You could, but why the fuck would you? It's not what your body needs.
>>37126645
>i also have a friend who studies FUCKING NUTRITION
Whatever dude.

All of you: how many athletes do you think drink regularly? Track/field or team sports, something physically intense.

They don't drink. Why is that? Because it isn't fucking healthy you stupid cunts.

You can keep telling me and everyone else that one dude on the internet, or your friend, or your mom said it's good for you. It isn't. It's that fucking simple.
>>
where does designing/building audio equipment lie in the chart?
>>
>>37126674
it does have direct health benefits...
it's not directly recommended for the obvious risk of abuse. a doctor who trusts his patient is often another matter.

I'm not saying it's some medical miracle and most people could get the same health benefits from simple aspirin.

this all started because the other poster was spouting about meme degeneracy and making shit up to justify himself.
>>
>>37126904
>it does have direct health benefits...
Oh yeah? And what are they.

Were you the same retard telling me it would "thin your blood out"?

There is no benefit. NONE. Again, how many athletes are drinking these days? How many Olympians, NFL players, Rugby League players are consuming alcohol? Do their physicians recommend it? Funny that.

There is no fucking medical benefit to drinking alcohol. I can't be any clearer than that.

it's literally a blood thinner you tard
the Mayo Clinic and NIH have both studied it and saw direct benefits of light consumption, not enough to make a sweeping recommendation with the obvious drawbacks.

heres the mayos positions once again...

"Moderate alcohol consumption may provide some health benefits, such as:

Reduce your risk of developing and dying from heart disease
Possibly reduce your risk of ischemic stroke (when the arteries to your brain become narrowed or blocked, causing severely reduced blood flow)
Possibly reduce your risk of diabetes"

btw plenty of NFL players drink. I've seen one personally and heard of other sightings from friends/family. I'm sure plenty of other NFL athletes do to but nobody cares to spread it around because it's nothing weird that they drink.
