It disgusts me that fat people think you gain weight any differently based on what kind of calories you're eating, and also that fat people claim that its impossible to lose weight like their body is some kind of freak god creation that refuses to burn fuel when it needs it.

This is not what he was talking about and you know it. It's true that 100kcal of protein is more filling than 100kcal of sugar/carbs, but that's not the point.

Even if this was true, it can't possibly be more than 10-15% difference. The same goes for muh fast/slow metabolism. It's largely irrelevant because keeping track of such small differences is pointless. You don't have to be 100% accurate when measuring how much you eat. Everyone can lose weight eventually. It doesn't have to be complicated and overly scientific. Losing and gaining weight is one of the functions of the human body and everyone has the ability to do it without exceptions.
