Doubtful. If the procedure genuinely makes you look better you'll get better reactions from people which will increase your confidence over time. When i was fit people used to smile at me in public and start conversations with me, now that I've let myself go I get lips-pressed-together head nods at most. People treat good looking people better due to the halo effect.

Here is a full transformation I believe could make you more attractive:

1. Botox across forehead to lower eyebrows.
2. Eyebrow transplant so that they extend to the same distance as the inner corner of your eye.
3. Lose weight. This will make your jaw more prominent.
4. Rhinoplasty to center the bridge of your nose and reduce the bulbous tip.
5. Lip injections to fix the downward curve on the upper lip.
6. Fillers to make the cheekbones more prominent.
7. You could also have surgery to make the eyelids more symmetrical, but this is more minor compared to the other changes.
8.Grow out your hair more. Your texture doesn't look great, so you may need to condition more and get better hair products, i.e. mousse.
9. You would likewise look better with a fuller beard. If it doesn't fill out, shave it. It doesn't look good as is.
10. If your jaw still appears weak after losing weight, implants are an option.

Well i dont think having many surgical operations is a good idea.The reason is he would end up looking like an abomination because one of the changes would negate the other one so you have to consider what change would be critical when performing an operation.That is why some people end up looking like freaks since they go through many operations.
Keeping the surgery minimal is the best option.
