CHAD CAN'T KEEP GETTING AWAY
>>
>>37088847
The key essence to Chads power is the positive mental development he got as a child.

Tell me about your family OP
>>

>CHAD CAN'T KEEP GETTING AWAY

I doubt he "purchased" a house. Like every other dumb college kid, he probably took out a massive loan with inflated interest rates that he'll never be able to pay back in his lifetime. Which is exactly why the U.S. economy is so fucked up in the first place. We have all these kids fresh out of college thinking the key to living the American dream is to destroy their credit scores with multi-story homes and sports cars, then immediately settle down and have half-a-dozen children they can't support.

Just wait. Stacey will divorce Chad when it becomes apparent he won't be able to keep up with her lavish spending habits. Between alimony, child support and loans, Chad will find himself declaring bankruptcy before long.
>>
>>37089266
Doesn't spending money build your credit?
>>
There's no possible way a 22 year old Chad could afford a brand new home
>>
Looks like he works at best buy.
How can he afford such a big home?
>>
>>37089266
>>37089319
>>37089324

Idk why you guys are nay-saying. I bought my first house at 21. It's not hard to do if you're motivated
>>
>>37089266

This.
He'll be divorced in two years and everything they bought would've been on credit. There's no way they can actually afford any of that at 22.
>>
>>37088847
Chad always gets his way
>>
>>37089319
It's obvious one of them has uber rich parents or has contacts/family involved in the construction of this house.

Chads & Stacies don't experience hardship.
>>
>>37089324
The bank will give chad a loan

Mr Shekelberg will never give the NEET a loan
>>
what am i looking at fampai
>>
>>37089369
You're forgetting.
She just came out of college.
So, they bought a house while in debt.
>>
>>37089408
The fabulous adventures of Chad and Stacie
>>
>>37089421

So she'll use the money from the divorce to pay off her debt.
>>
>>37089408
are you retarted or something?
>>
>>37089355
Did you have to take out a loan?
How many years did you work to afford the house?
>>
>>37089421
Sorry, meant to link to this anon.
Also, it's a good way to get divorced
>>37089355
>>
>>37089319
What, daddy did set up a trust fund for you?

How poor are you?
>>
>>37089355
>implying that rundown shotgun shack you bought in the ghetto part of town is a "house"
try again.
>>
My brother is a Chad and kind of did the same thing
>graduated high school
>joined the military
>married Stacie
>took out a loan and bought a house
>went to college and graduated
>sold house and bought an even bigger house

>>
>>37089305
Not nearly fast enough to matter at 22. Not unless you're given a shit ton of money and your parents set you up with a lot of bills in your name, and even then that isn't enough time.
>>
>>37089497
No, we're just frugal fucks.
>>
>>37089447
I bought my home when I was 26.
I started working when I was 18.

I have a 15 year mortgage at 3.5%. All told, after closing costs, I spent about $30k to get into the home. (I could have spend $12K if I didn't want to put any extra money down).

I don't have any college debt because I only have an associates (2year) degree.
>>
>>37088847
I'm confused. Why was stating their age relevant to their post?
>>
>>37089305
paying back money builds your credit.
>>
>>37089477
How did he afford to pay off the first house?
>>
>>37089532
I think he took out a loan
He was still paying off the first house when he sold it
>>
>>37089527
So, how much was your house when you bought it?
100K?
>>
>>37089528
Because they are proud of getting their home early. Most Americans buy their first home when they are close to 30 years old.
>>
>>37089497
actually i have my own house and i have a job. i just didn't get any of it at 22 but that's neither here nor there. chad does always get his way i stick by my statement.
>>
>>37089547
That just seems needlessly silly.
>>
Whenever I see young people buy a house, I always think it's just "mommy and daddy bought me this house." Either that or they took out a big loan.
One way is pathetic, and the other way is stupid. It's not like you need a house at that age anyway.
>>
>>37089555
bought it for $185k. Its now worth $220k.

I live near Dallas and our population is booming because some business headquarters (StateFarm Insurance) moved here.
>>
>>37088847
They can only get away with all of it because you let them. You can prevent this.
>>
>>37089614
Nifty.
Your housing market is going up too.
Good luck when you sell the house.
>>
>>37089266
Yall niggas could be getting laid if you lived with poor people.
>>
>>37089614
Hey Dallasbro. I didn't know that there were even any good houses here. Live in an apartment and I'm ok with it. It's cheap enough and safe. I just need a better job and I'll be golden.
>>
>>37088847
>Buy first house at 20
>Buy second house at 22
>Still live with parents
>Have 56k in bank and neat 80s shitbox

Jokes on you Chad I make more than both of my parents and I still live with them.
>>
>>37089609
Yeah, but I think their argument is that having a house is better because all the money you'd be putting into an apartment or for rent somewhere could be going to pay off the house
>>
>>37089609
Depends on what you call young and how well you are able to save.

If your goal is to own a home and you have a decent job out of college. You should be to buy a home in your mid to late 20s.

I bought my home when I was 26 and my wife was 25.
My sister and her husband bought their house when they were 29 and 30.
I have a single friend that is now 29 and looking to buy a house, he has been approved for a mortgage, but he hasn't found the right house yet.

None of us received any financial support from our parents. (Except for my friend, his college was paid for by his parents)
>>
>>37089704
That argument only ever works if you rent an expensive place. Otherwise it's a meme.

>>37089715
It also depends largely on the state you're in. Even what city.
>>
>>37089645
Good houses everywhere, just cost more the closer you want to be to population centers.

All the houses within 30min of North Dallas are getting more expensive by the month.

I got lucky when I bought, it was right before the population boom started and home prices had been steady for awhile.
>>
>>37088847
I want to hotbox their living room and suck her toes while chad provider is at work
>>
>>37088847
>>37089319
>>37089324
>>37089355
>etc

She's 22, but he looks like 32.
>>
>>37089606

I don't think you understand how it works

You buy a simple house for $300k. You live in it and pay the mortgage for 5 years and then you sell it for $390k, which you use to pay off your remaining loan balance and then put the rest into your next, better house.
>>
How is that guy a chad? He is very average looking dude with a chinstrap.
>>
>>37089774
I heard Grapevine was pretty solid. I've no interest in that at the moment. Next year I'm hopefully getting a place with two of my brothers. One is gonna be a lawyer at 23 but he's the polar opposite of a Chad. Other is just a city wagebro. All things split by 3 means comfy living and we've talked about all having a place for years now.
>>
>>37089704
>>37089760

Living in an apartment you rent (not a condo you buy) is a terrible waste of money. You're goal should be to get out as soon as possible.
Every month you pay money that does NOTHING for you. That money does not appreciate or gain interest for you.

Living in a shitty house is better than an apartment.

In a shitty house, if you decide to move in 5 years, you will have something to sell and get money towards the next houses down payment. When you move out of an apartment your lucky to get back your few hundred dollar deposit.

Apartments are like payday loans. They exist to keep the poor poor.
>>
>>37089816
No, I don't understand how that mentality works. Unless the first house was shit or the neighborhood went full ghetto I don't see why I'd swap to something else. I'm a minimalist.
>>
>>37089840
He has a Stacy. So he is a Chad.
>>
>>37089760

You're retarded. Paying a mortgage and owning an asset is far better than paying rent.
>>
>>37089901
Maybe you changed jobs and need to move. Maybe you decide to start a family (lol) and need more space.
Maybe the neighbor hood does go to shit.

Lots of valid reasons to move, and having a house to sell makes getting into a 2nd house so much easier.
>>
>>37089888
>shitty house is better than an apartment

I'd be dubious of that. Especially if there are any issues with wiring or piping. It seems like those issues are common in cookie cutter houses these days.
>>
>>37089319

It's actually possible. He could have immediately went into an oil/mining type job in a good area after highschool. In those jobs you sell your soul, you make a shitload of money while literally cutting away half of your life. Plus the house could have been built on very cheap land. I know people who have done this so I know it's possible. It's almost like the military - they go away for nearly a month working, then fly back to their new home.

Every single guy I know who does this has gotten cucked.
>>
>>37089901

I see your minimalism means you don't actually express yourself clearly.

There's nothing wrong with starting out small and moving up the property ladder.
>>
>>37089305
I had like 720 by 21

Now I'm 26 with 777 (would be higher if I didn't do so many inquiries last year for rent, car, and loan accounts beginning to start repayment

I am still not anywhere close to starting to sustainably buy a home though
>>
>>37089978
So learn a skill, repair it. Fix up other parts of the house, add hardwood flooring, re-innovate a bathroom.
Putting $5k into fixing up a house can turn out to add $10-30k value when you go to sell.
>>
>>37089978

Apartments are far, far worse for those sorts of costs. You all pay thousands a year in collective costs, you can be presented with massive bills for maintenance at any time. Plumbing or wiring issues in a house are fairly straight forward.
>>
>>37089888
Houses are extremely overpriced where I live and I don't make enough for a down payment
>>
>>37090026
Credit score is only part of it. Getting enough cash to make the down payment and closing costs is where most people get stuck.
>>
>>37090017
I suppose. But I see the same thing about cars: if it runs with no issues and has good mileage I don't care if it's fancy.

But one goal at a time. I'm doing better than the rest of my family as is and that's both saying very little and kinda depressing when you look at where I am.
>>
>>37089408
White privilege obviously
>>
>>37090062
Understandable and I'm not hating on you.
Its just what the situation is.

While you (and many like you) can't afford to get into a home because they are over-priced. The people WITH homes are enjoying watching the value of their property rise.

Its just helps the people on top stay on top and keep the people who can't climb the ladder at the bottom.
>>
>>37089532
Military benefits stuff combined with discounts for first time home buyers enabled him to sell the house without paying it off and still making enough profit from the sale in order to put it towards the bigger house probably
>>
>>37089319
Not Chad but I bought my house at 24 from serious WageCuckin.
>>
>>37090062
i feel ya brother

>a shack with toxic black mold, water leaks, and lead paint can go for 800K USD in toronto
>>
>>37090127
Pretty much. And that's why I don't worry about it too much. Rent is small with utilities included and maintaining things included 0 cost though the only thing that broke was the sink disposal.

I wanna stay where I work because if I can stay for 7 more years I'll have full health insurance for life. It's a long plan gamble but it will be worth a shit ton given today's circumstances.
>>
>>37089029
alongside his god-tier genetics
>>
>>37088847
This shit could never happen in California
>>
>>37088847
Am I deluding myself or does that just not seem appealing at all? Not just the house but also the fake blonde bimbo, will Chad really be happy with that, and if so for how long?

i mean tbf, way happier than I'll ever be, but that image still doesn't make me envious, actual cute couples do though
>>
>>37089029
Single mother. No friends. Can I fake it?
>>
>>37088847
Seem like successful nice people just doing their thing.

It's my own fault for drinking too much, not taking care of myself, and being too insecure to ask out girls.
