Perspective is the most important thing to learn.

Every human head, arm, hand, etc is a cube with 4 sides, and the finer parts are nothing more than rotated planes in perspective.

Learn how to rotate a cube in perspective.

On a serious note, wasting food shouldn't be a thing that the government has to make illegal. People as a whole just need to learn to be more considerate.
Maybe when the world goes to shit and they're digging through piles of trash to find dinner they'll regret.
