They also have been trying to supplant and destroy western society for 100 years. A common meme view found on /pol/ was that America is very similar to Weimar Germany with it's political violence and tension. I see the connections but not because of that. You see in Weimar Germany they were so worried about the threat of Communism when it was actually relatively minor in most of their country and there was an incredibly large creeping threat of right-wing fascism that they should have been worrying about. It's reversed now, people are so worried about the right wing in America they don't see that it's not even a fight anymore, the left already control it all. Education systems, the media, how science discoveries are broadcast.
It does get people to work though so I guess it's got that going for it
