I have friends you're height and even shorter. Growing up I never notice any height related obstacles other than people pointing out that they are alot shorter than most men. And we would laugh it off or talk about how tall he is and how tall his parents are but it never effected their education or sex life.

5'7" here. I was lucky enough to win the genetic lottery in that I'm objectively good-looking. I can tell you that being a good-looking manlet is far better than being an average-looking tall guy. Girls often check me out, including tall ones, and occasionally if I go up and talk to one she'll blush a bit and be shy because she's stunned by my looks at first.
