Software engineering job with 5 year visa. If you know how to code, it's not very hard to find a job here. Most Japanese people prefer to work for jp companies (even though they usually pay less and require more work hours), so western companies with offices here are constantly hiring.

I understand the real-life weapons and tactics quite well, but getting them to work in the game is the hard part, and it's also frustrating when I have to use something that wouldn't work IRL to win, or when something that DOES work IRL isn't possible in the game. (An easy example is that the points system means you can't deploy units in appropriate real-world numbers to cover one another or make combined arms tactics work.)
