That's probably the first thing you should tackle. Try meeting new people that you can go out with, ideally a mixed crowd consisting of both guys and girls. Other than that, you might give online dating a go. You don't have to go after uggos but with practice chicks you can't have the same standards as with a proper gf. Trial and error is the way to go. After your first practice chick, things will become much easier.
