Yeah but only if she's from Brazil. Due to the heavy racemixing between blacks, whites and natives in Brazil there are a fucking lot of black women in Brazil who have darkskin or brownskin but have perfectly straight hair. When I see their children with white or mixed men, the kids usually have straight hair too. I can accept a brown child but not one with nappy hair.

That being said, I wouldn't do it without having some people on my wives side with positive attitudes, professional accomplisment of some sort, and being open / compassionate.

I don't want them to adopt the culture of victimhood I see in the US. Instead I want them to model themselves after both the elder black and white people in his family that his birth brought together in union.

I want my kid to feel tethered firmly in both cultures, and to have guidance where he needs it, without it turning into a situation where he feels he has to choose. I've heard it said it's hard to grow up in as mixed race, and while I don't want to protect him from his struggle to form his own identity, I want it to happen in a way that he knows he's loved, no matter what the world says. Infighting is unacceptable, he's going to have his plate full once he gets out on his own.

I was going to marry a black women and have kids, but for her it was more a case of lust than love. She hated my heritage, hated my last name, hated my music, I couldn't see the forbearance that she needed to make a lifelong commitment like that work.
