Well, it won't just happen, OP. If you want to look somewhat like the pic, it would take a long time of lifting and building muscle. Dedication. I actually recommend going to the gym. It's not as scary as it seems unless you go to a shitty place (avoid the big chains). After a while it either starts being fun or you just keep going because you feel guilty if you don't. Home gyms are good, but it's preferably to pay for a membership at first because that at least will give you a reason to go.

By gamer do you mean STICC or do you mean fatass? If you're a stick you need to eat big and lift a lot, if you're fat you just need to watch what you eat and lift a lot. If you want to get ripped really fast, roids with lifting is a shortcut, but with roids you need to keep using them or keep lifting like crazy.

Can lifting save my spine? Got forward head posture and the shoulder thingy. If not, what else should I do? Chiropactor? The only thing I hate about my body is that my stomach muscles are too long so my intestines flop out if I don't contract them making me look fat. Apparently there is a way to fix that but alas can't be bothered.

People with big frames tend to be more naturally "square" shape. As in, their torso doesn't narrow too much around the waist even if they aren't overweight and their waist/hips are nearly as wide as their shoulders. See picrelated

Lifting is great for your posture. I'm a skinny lanket and I've been lifting for less than three months and it has helped me a lot in that regard. The thing is that you need a good posture for lifting, because otherwise you don't train your muscles as well (e.g. if you are working out your arms but have a bad posture, you use your back muscles to lift as well, which means all your muscular groups being used make less effort). Also if you have a bad posture you can hurt yourself. You need to start lifting with light-ish weights until you get the form right, and then go from there. It will fix most posture problems eventually.

The 'badass' look is mostly unattainable even through lifting with roids. You will just end up looking ridiculously buff - just have a look at your local gym denizens. People who have usually do so because they did manual labour throughout their whole lives, constantly wearing down their skeleton and having it slowly accommodate their lifestyle.
