A dog. It will never get tired of seeing you, will keep you warm, and they're cute.

Dogs only work if you live in a house with a backyard though. Otherwise you have to take them out for walks at least twice a day, and many robots are shut ins.

Oscar cichlid

Really smart and territorial fish. They observe and respond to things going outside their aquarium, and will jump to take food from your hand.

I've kept all sorts of strange pets over the years but Oscars are my favorite because they are very smart compared to most other fish and they are very exotic to watch. They get weird mood swings and are always hungry though so be aware they can be assholes.

Exposer therapy. Just force yourself to look at pictures of spiders for a bit every now and then. Once you got about 2-3 hours of spider-staring you should be fine.

I'd start with jumping spiders. They're cute.

I used to have a pet Tarantula.
It was great. He never annoyed me or made jokes, or upset me or did anything violent to me, and never pressured me to have sex.

But I was still too autistic for him.
I was feeling angry one day due to being a loser and I noticed my Tarantula was molting (shedding his skin)
I got mad and accused him of 'shedding his skin so he could fuck it and not be a virgin' and I took my Tarantula and threw him into a river

I should be killed. I am subhuman.

I'd start to gesticulate and everything I'd touch would make me jump. I'm already a paranoid person so I'll keep feeling like there's one on me. What you posted doesn't scare me though it's still disgusting and I won't open it. It's shit like in the OP that I can't even look at, it's the long big legs and also but not necessarily the hair that's horrific. The bigger it is the worse it is.
