Being alone because no one is there for you is a far better feeling than being alone because no one wants to be around you
The former is bittersweet, but the latter is sour and acidic.
Sometimes I want to chase the sweet company of a real friend, but it always eventually becomes that acid taste again. Like a good fruit rotting away.
It is my hope to remember this.
