I wish I could offer some decent advice. For me to just read a book or go for a walk and listen to birds is going back to a state of normalcy for < 30 year olds it must feel like a stressful void.

Oh, and same with porn too. I didn't see a god damn naked lady until we got the internet when I was 17 or 16. Yall must have been looking at like anal fisting and getting desensitized before your balls even dropped.


The best thing to do is to just cut it out of your life. Either all at once or bit by bit.

Go for a walk and bring a book with you. Also leave your phone and whatever else if you have one. Find a nice quiet park and a comfy bench and try to finish just one chapter.

If you don't have a computer at arm's reach, you won't be tempted to turn it on.

Hell, just the opposite, 20 year olds who grew up with computers and the internet are infinitely more skilled than I am. They were learning to produce music or make games or shoot videos when they were still kids.

I'm just happy that I'm able to appreciate life without the internet and digital technology. It's a state of normalcy for me.
