Unless you guys are DMG don't think about a team, you can get there alone with skill and/or a regular group of people to play with.

Best piece of advice is to find balance between people you enjoy playing with and their skill lvl.

I've been playing cs for a decade should be better than pic related but I'm a failure thats why I'm here.

Global is just a dream but cs is all I have its the only thing (besides mdma and pot) that takes me away from all the bullshit of work (retailcuck) and being an autist.

I'd be down. I consider myself pretty good, but I'd prefer to just play for fun and fuck around.

i stopped playing entirely, and now only play one match a month

since i keep losing due to being rusty, i go down 2 ranks per loss and i'm now at gold nova

i'll probably lose the next one and become silver

i was a huge fan, followed all the tournaments, practiced my smokes and flashes, DM hours a day

if you wanna start a team i'll definitely be able to boost since i'd be literally smurfing

there is not a huge difference between LE and GN.

it's mostly how often you play and how seriously you take it.

even within the same rank skill level varies a LOT.
