I feel you. I was so easy at first - I could easily lose 4lbs a week. But then around 180 I just couldn't do better than 1,5. For three months now I'm stuck on 175lbs, which is technically acceptable (23 BMI), but still fat.

How come? Converting to metric, i'm 79 kg and 185 cm. So, 79/(1.85)^2. Have you been using some other method?
