It is something strange I've noticed, I wake up kinda bummed out and stressed. Then I think things over and realize that things are good right now and I have no idea what made me feel that way. Happened to me this morning.

Best I can think of is that I dreamt of something that made me feel that way and my morning zombie brain hadn't been able to separate itself from it and reality yet.
