He talks about how he isn't looking forward to telling some mom grieving about her sons death that the manuscript sucks, and sits down to give it a glance because he pities her.
Then he decides it is one of the greatest things he has ever read.

I read this book 2 years ago because the title and backstory (mom going to eng prof with dead sons manuscript etc) seemed so interesting and I loved it! The part where he gets a job, his fatness, his constant whining, his constant jerking off, I immediately thought /r9k/ and I was actually more of a /b/tard back then.

Decided to re-read this on a whim a while ago.

Actually funnier than i remember it being.

The part where he tries to start a sodomite political party and goes to a fag party was fucking hilarious.
